ExCeL is London‘s biggest exhibition venue and one of the busiest in Europe, a docklands site that hosts everything from global trade fairs to fast-turnaround consumer shows. Mercer builds there regularly, and with design, production and installation all in-house, we deliver the whole project from first concept to a finished stand on the boulevard.

ExCeL runs along a single central boulevard with halls either side, and its scale is deceptive: getting a stand from lorry to floor involves timed vehicle bookings, marshalled access and build schedules that vary show by show.
Our crews know the routine, so the paperwork, delivery slots and hall access are arranged before anyone leaves our facility, and on-site hours go into the build rather than the loading bay.
ExCeL shows are high-footfall and competitive, with visitors moving fast along the boulevard and making quick decisions about where to stop. Our exhibition stand designers plan for exactly that: strong sightlines from the aisle, a clear reason to step in, and meeting space that lets conversations happen away from the crowd.
Initial concepts arrive in as little as 5 working days, backed by a free 3D visual with every quote and CAD renders approved before production, and every stand we build for ExCeL reconfigures for the next show on your calendar via the reusable beMatrix frame system, keeping your branding consistent at every event.
One team owns the whole delivery: in-house production and print, quality checks before dispatch, and on-site construction handled by our own installation crews inside the venue’s build windows, coordinated by a dedicated project manager with a live portal for drawings, approvals and schedules.
Many stand companies serving ExCeL broker out parts of the job. As your exhibition stand contractor at ExCeL London, we keep every stage in-house, which is why build day tends to be uneventful in the best way.
Our bespoke exhibition stand hire service means there is nothing for you to buy, transport or warehouse between events. You just turn up ready to exhibit, and everything either side of the show is handled; every structure returns to stock for reuse rather than to a skip.
Tell us the show, your hall and stand number if you have them, and your stand size, and we will come back with a design direction, a delivery plan and an honest price.
